This is South American customer ordered double layer roofing panel roll forming machine, one machine produce two different trapezoidal profile sheet, very popular in Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, Chile, etc.

The machine can use color steel plate, galvinazed steel plate, aluminum zinc plate, the feeding width is 1000mm, 1200mm and 1250mm,  thickness range is 0.3-0.6mm.

Double layer roofing tile roll forming machines can produce 2 different type roofing sheets as customer’s request, each layer has the standalone feeding table, the width is fixed by screw as customer’s drawing.

Double layer roofing machine help customer save space, and save shipping cost, but can not working 2 layers at same time, only can working one by one.

All the roller and cutter we use No.45 steel with chromeplate treatment to make sure the the roller more stronger and not scratch the surface of produce, and the cutter more harder and long lived.

All the datas is adjustable and set up in PLC computer program (Delta or Mitsubishi)

We also provide Chinese, English, Spanish, Russia, France, Arab, Japan, Korea languages as customer’s requirement.

We can give the machine any color painting as customer’s requirement.

The manual type pre-cut is fixed in front of feeding tabke, it is controled by hand, used to cut the machiner in advance, and in this way to reduce the waste.

We also provide hydraulic pre-cut or electric pre-cut, that is different price.
