Here are the C profile keel roll forming machines for Malaysia customer, U profile track roll forming machine.

All the roller and cutter we use Cr12 steel with quenched treatment to make sure the the roller more stronger and not scratch the surface of produce, and the cutter more harder and long lived.

As customer’s request, we use the improved structure baffle for the roll forming machines to make the machine more stronger.

The baffle is cast iron, the thickness is min 40mm, easy for adjust the rollers.

The punch mould made according to the exact size from customer, and it controled by oil punch station, it is working automatic when the roll forming machine working.

We also can add servo motor on the roll forming machine, it is no-stop tracking cutting, and the speed can be 30m/min.

All the datas is adjustable and set up in PLC computer program (Delta or Mitsubishi for option).

We also provide Chinese, English, Spanish, Russia, France, Arab, Japan, Korea languages as customer’s requirement.

We can give the machine any color painting as customer’s requirement.
