Bending machine is equipped with use of mould(general)or special die under cold sheet metal bending into various shapes of cross section of the workpiece,bending machine generally adopt special CNC bending machine system,the axis of a bending machine has been developed from single to 12 shaft,shaft development can be controlled by nc system to achieve the slider running depth,slider,tilt adjustment,after the stopper around before and after the adjustment,adjustment,pressure tonnage adjustment and slider to converge speed regulation and so on.It can make the bending machine conveniently realize the actions of sliding block downward,inching,continuous,pressure holding,return trip and halfway stop,etc.,and complete the multi-bend bending at the same Angle or different angles at one loading.
Notes for use of CNC bending machine
1.Strictly abide by the safety operation rules of huade machine tools and wear labor protection equipment as required.
2.Before starting,it shall carefully check whether the motor,switch,circuit and ground are normal and firm,and check whether the control parts and buttons of the equipment are in the correct position.
3.Check the coincidence degree and robustness of the upper and lower dies;Check whether the positioning device meets the processing requirements.
4.When the upper slide and each positioning axis are not in the state of origin,run the program back to the origin.
5.The equipment shall be idle for 1-2 minutes after starting,and the skateboard shall be full trip for 2-3 times.If any abnormal sound or fault is found,the machine shall stop immediately,remove the fault,and work after everything is normal.
6.The operator shall be under the unified command of one person during the work,so that the operator and the feeding and pressing personnel can cooperate closely,so as to ensure that the bending signal can be sent only when the cooperating personnel are in a safe position.
7,sheet material bending must be compacted,in case of bending sheet material warping injury.
8.The power supply must be cut off when adjusting the plate pressing die.
9.When changing the opening of the variable lower die,no material is allowed to contact with the lower die.
10.No one is allowed to stand at the back of the machine when working.
11.It is strictly prohibited to press and fold the sheet alone at one end.
12.If the workpiece or mold is found to be out of order during operation,it shall be stopped for correction.Manual correction is strictly prohibited in operation to prevent hand injury.
13.It is forbidden to fold ultra-thick iron plates or quenched steel plates,advanced alloy steels,square steels and plates exceeding the performance of the plate bending machine to avoid damage to the machine.
14.Frequently check the overlap of the upper and lower molds;The indication of the pressure gauge is in conformity with the regulations.
15.Stop the machine immediately if any abnormality occurs,check the reason and eliminate it in time.
16.Before power off,wood blocks should be placed on the bottom mold under the oil cylinders on both sides to lower the upper slide down to the wood blocks.
17.Exit the control system program first,then cut off the power supply.
