Heavy duty high speed roofing sheet roll forming machine

This is a automatic roofing sheet roll forming machine line.

It include a 5ton capacity automatic hydraulic decoiler, roofing sheet roll forming machine and the automatic stacker.

The hydraulic decoiler is automatic working and the speed can match with the roofing sheet forming machine, it is 5 ton capacity, we also provide 8 ton, 10 ton, 12 ton, 15 ton capacity decoiler.

Roofing sheet forming machine adopts Mitsubishi or Panasonic PLC control system, 7.5kw motor, gearboxes drive makes the machine working stable and fast speed; electric motor cutter can cut off the sheets very fast, save time.

All the rollers are #45 steel with hard chromed, and the base roller material will adopts 58-62 degree heat treatment.

All shafts are sloid bearing steel, diameter 70mm.

One set roofing sheet roll forming machine weight can be around 4.8 ton.

The automatic stacker is 6 meters or 12 meters length, depends on cusotmer's request.

It is automatic drop and pull out, it can stacking max. 350mm height.
